Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was leaking or defective upon arrival
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The bottle must not be excessively used
Used Perfume Bottles Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations:
- Perfume or body mist bottles that are used more than 5% to 10% will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is substantially unused and in resalable condition.
- Products intentionally damaged or excessively used are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products beyond the allowed usage limit
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)
